Base Pay + Commission & Bonus Opportunities About the Opportunity The Indiana Farm Bureau, Anthony Smith Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This in-office position offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through Property & Casualty and Life Insurance solutions. We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and excited to grow within a rewarding and professional environment. Responsibilities Sell Property & Casualty Insurance products, including auto, home, renters, farm, and commercial coverage Sell Life Insurance products to help clients protect their families and financial futures Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve client coverage Generate new business through referrals, networking, cross-selling, and community involvement Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support Maintain compliance with agency and insurance industry standardsQualifications Preferred:
Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses Not currently licensed?
