The Independent Agent (AI) is primarily responsible for prospecting new customers independently and meeting with current customers to sell Insurance products within a specific geographic area and to support the delivery of sales objectives for the assigned area. Role:
We need both full-time and part-time agents. This is a 100% remote role. Role involves assisting clients with life and health insurance needs, providing guidance on suitable policies, conducting consultations, and processing insurance applications. Agents will also build and maintain client relationships, explain insurance products, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients have adequate coverage. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about industry trends.
Role responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calls. Meet with business owners to understand their employee benefits strategy and needs. Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment. Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to new and existing clients.
Role Qualifications:
Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license; study resources provided. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus but is not required. employer-sponsored work authorization. Proficiency in basic technology tools, Related competencies: Networking and relationship building. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sales aptitude and comfort in presenting ideal.
