Key Responsibilities:

Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and retirement needs and develop tailored recommendations. Present and explain life, health, and retirement product options clearly and professionally. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and ongoing service. Manage, prioritize, and follow up on leads using company-provided systems (training provided). Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Meet individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

No prior insurance experience or license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus.

Work Location & Schedule:
