This role involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for helping clients protect their financial future. Bilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer bases.

Duties Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients and expand our customer base Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company standards Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant privacy standards during client interactions Assist in benefits administration and support clients in understanding their coverage options Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery Requirements Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse populations Knowledge of marketing techniques and sales administration processes Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to client privacy is desirable Join our team as an Insurance Agent to leverage your sales high ticket commission sales talents while building a business making a positive impact on clients' financial security.
