Full Job Description About Us:

Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career in insurance, we provide the resources and support you need to thrive in this dynamic industry. This role would be a perfect fit for a current captive agent looking for more options, less stress, no sales quotas and a higher commission and a better split. A CSR looking to move up in their career or a highly motivated individual looking to start their career in an insurance agent role. Work from home or the office, no requirements as long as you have an internet connection. Since the role is commission-based, income is uncapped. A highly motivated individual can expect to earn $80-$120k by the 3rd year in the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
Actively generate new business by prospecting and establishing relationships with potential clients. Provide guidance to clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and umbrella insurance.
Policy Management:
Review client needs and offer customized insurance plans that suit their requirements. Update and manage existing client accounts, ensuring policies remain relevant and up to date.
Client Education:
Explain coverage options, benefits, and exclusions to clients, helping them make informed decisions. Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Renewals & Retention:
Assist with policy renewals, maintain high retention rates by offering personalized service, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
Compliance:
Stay current on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all insurance transactions are compliant and ethical.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus but not required. We offer comprehensive training for new hires!
Licensing:
Must have or be willing to obtain necessary state licensure (we'll help guide you through the process).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently.
Motivation/Problem solving:
Self-driven with a passion for meeting sales goals and providing exceptional service. Work in a dynamic environment and have the ability to solve problems as they arise
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage client information and process insurance transactions. Be able to navigate websites, emails, cell phones and computers. Candidate must have their own cell phone, computer, and internet connection.

Competitive Commission:
Commission structure: 80%/20% commission split on new and renewal business and true ownership of your book. Can be eligible for bonuses after 2 years in the role.
