Duties Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, networking, and community engagement to promote insurance products. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to meet their unique needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Manage retail sales activities by presenting insurance plans, explaining benefits, and closing sales effectively. Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client information, assess risk factors, and recommend suitable insurance policies. Maintain accurate sales administration records, update client databases, and process policy applications efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients to explain policy details, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing customers. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for diverse client interactions. Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. Experience in sales administration tasks such as documentation, CRM management, and benefits administration is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a plus for handling sensitive health information responsibly. Ability to work independently in telemarketing environments or community outreach settings while maintaining a high level of customer service.
