Key Responsibilities As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in fueling our agency's growth and building your own rewarding sales career: Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholders Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and consistent policy reviews Consistently meet and exceed sales targets that drive both your success and the agency's growth Stay informed on product options and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards Effectively manage leads, customer follow-ups, and renewals using CRM tools Engage in team meetings and collaborative sales strategy sessions Who We're Looking For We seek driven, career-oriented sales professionals who are passionate about achieving outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will possess:
