Job Description
We are a growing independent insurance agency in Hutchinson, MN seeking an experienced Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a P&C insurance agency setting, a current MN Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain), and strong knowledge of carrier systems, ACORD forms, and client servicing. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, processing endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, and supporting producers with new and renewal business.
