Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify and connect with prospective clients across various markets. Present and explain insurance policies, including life, health, and other coverage options, ensuring clients understand their benefits and coverage details. Negotiate terms and premium rates to secure favorable agreements for clients while maintaining company standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and develop customized solutions. Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or benefits administration. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
