What You'll Do Build relationships with new and existing clients Identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions Quote and close auto, home, life, and other insurance products Deliver concierge-level customer service with urgency and professionalism Follow up consistently with prospects and referrals Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently Work toward monthly sales and production goals Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation Collaborate with a team that values growth, positivity, and accountability What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales-minded with a competitive and motivated attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office Coachable, solution-oriented, and dependable Positive energy and professionalism Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right person Spanish-speaking is a bonus, but not required Our Culture We work hard, celebrate wins, support each other, and genuinely care about our clients and team members.
