Established multi-generation State Farm agency is seeking an bi-lingual, Spanish speaking insurance sales professional to join their team. Our primary location is at 5530 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, Ga. We are located at Exit 11 just of Ga 400.

Responsibilities:

Use a customer-focused, needs- based review process to educate customers and prospective customers about their insurance options Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Maintain a strong work ethic with a 100% commitment to ethical business practices As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... Agent Aspirant Qualifications:

- Position requires prior sales experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance or experience with sale of life insurance. Prior experience with State Farm is a plus but not required. Compensation Plan Designed to Attract Proven Performers Market leading compensation plan including base salary plus commission. On target performance provides up to 10% P&C and 50% Life commissions plus base compensation. Up to 7 leads provided to each team member each day at no cost. Remote work and flexible schedule opportunities are available.
