This role is for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and building a career where effort and performance are rewarded. Our agency helps individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most through personal and commercial insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Renters, Flood, Boat, RV, Motorcycle, Business, and related coverage options. You do not need an insurance background to be successful here. What matters most is your work ethic, attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to win. Compensation This position includes a competitive base salary, commission opportunities, and performance-based bonuses. Producers who learn our process, stay consistent, and execute at a high level can reasonably expect to earn $70,000+ in their first year through base pay, commissions, and bonuses. You'll receive product training, sales coaching, systems training, and ongoing support from the agency. Our goal is to help you understand the products, build confidence in the sales process, and develop the habits needed to succeed. What does a typical day look like? A typical day includes following up with leads, quoting policies, speaking with prospects and clients, presenting coverage options, and closing new business. You'll also spend time building relationships, identifying client needs, and staying focused on daily sales activity. Who is a good fit for this position? Salary Range:
