Position Overview We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Producers. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Whether you are currently licensed or willing to obtain licensing, we provide training, support, and proven systems to help you succeed. Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking. Work internet leads and follow up consistently Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and commercial insurance. Build long-term relationships with clients. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Meet personal sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and coaching. Qualifications Michigan Property & Casualty License (preferred) Optional

• Michigan Life and Health License OR willingness to obtain licensing Strong communication skills Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable making outbound calls Sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation Commission-based position Uncapped earning potential Typical first-year producers earn between $40,000
