Compensation:

We offer a base salary starting around $30,000 , depending on experience, with additional earning potential based on production.

Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to get licensed quickly). A self-starter who has a circle of influence (friends, family, networks) and enjoys building relationships. If you have ties to the education community, that's a big plus.
