Job Overview We're Looking for Proven Sales Hustlers! Katie Gale Farmers Insurance is seeking results-driven sales professionals who know how to HUSTLE and
DRIVE BUSINESS.
If you have a proven track record in sales and thrive in a commission-based environment, we want to talk to you. We're specifically looking for experienced sales people who: Have demonstrated success in a sales environment Know how to prospect, close deals, and contribute to agency growth Are self-starters who don't wait for opportunities—they create them Have the drive and determination to exceed targets consistently Realistic Compensation Structure Base salary of $1,500
  • 2,000 per month (depending on experience) Performance-based sliding scale commission structure that rewards top producers First-year average earnings: $45,000
  • 55,000 (base + commission) Second-year average earnings: $55,000
  • 70,000 Top producers in our office earn $75,000

Home Requirements We Want Candidates Who:
Show evidence of self-motivation and hustle mentality Are comfortable with aggressive prospecting and lead generation Have excellent closing skills and negotiation abilities Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills Are willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a commission role  Licensing Requirements Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we provide guidance on the licensing process and cover all costs of licensing).
