Salary Range:

Possess the necessary insurance licenses in Wisconsin.Prior Experience:
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.Interpersonal Skills:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs.New Business Development:
Proactively reach out to potential clients to expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities.Policy Analysis:
Analyze clients' existing policies and offer recommendations for coverage improvements or cost savings.Insurance Consultation:
Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options, guiding them towards the most suitable solutions for their needs.Documentation and Follow-Up:
