Sales background preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A genuine interest in helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve team goals. Eagerness to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends to stay informed and provide valuable recommendations to clients. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities Assist senior agents in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate guidance. Input client information accurately into our systems and help maintain organized client records. Engage in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing experiences to enhance your knowledge of insurance products and services. Handle paperwork, emails, and other administrative duties to support the agency's operations. Interact with clients professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
