Lumber and Building Materials Sales Associate

Building Material Sales/Estimator This is NOT a remote job. St. Peter Lumber Company is seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals for full time residential and industrial building material sales and estimator.

Qualifications:

• sales experience in the building industry or related field (required)
• ability to read blue prints (required)
• drafting and design skills (preferred)
• material take off skills (preferred)
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

(include but are not limited to)

• develop and maintain new customer accounts to achieve annual growth objectives
• meet and/or exceed annual sales and gross margin budget
• service walk in trade and existing accounts
• develop material take offs
• assist other sales people as needed
