Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, helping them navigate financial planning, insurance, retirement, and investment strategies. Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and develop customized solutions based on client goals. Grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Continuously develop knowledge of financial products and market trends. Mentor and guide junior financial professionals (upon entering management track). Achieve sales goals and performance metrics required for management track consideration. Participate in professional development and leadership training initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFP, ChFC) are a plus. Demonstrated success in sales, finance, management, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment. Prior leadership experience or clear leadership potential. Life and Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain). Series 6/7 and 63/66 FINRA registrations (or willingness to obtain).
