This role is essential in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the commercial lines sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients and knowledge of Hawksoft AMS.
Salary Range:

Knowledgeable sales administration skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficient in typing, using Microsoft Office, and working on a computer. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. - Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is desirable; Spanish language skills are a significant plus but not mandatory. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions effectively. Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial. Must currently have an active Property & Casualty 2-20 license or Customer Service Representative 4-40 license. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Analyze client requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with their business objectives. Communicate regularly with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on policy changes or renewals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and products. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities within the CRM system. Provide support in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes and proposals for potential clients. Conduct telemarketing outreach to prospective clients to generate new business leads. Leverage bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele, particularly those who speak Spanish, which are not mandatory but an accepted plus.
