Job Description

Our team is looking to add driven Licensed Insurance Agents who want to be rewarded for their successes. Our agency has served this community for 25+ years and is one of the largest agencies in Texas for Allstate. Duties of our
Licensed Agents:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Maintain Daily Activity Expectations Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management Benefits offered: Paid time off Health insurance Education assistance or tuition reimbursement If you have previous Insurance Sales Experience, we'd like to meet you.
