Responsibilities Educate clients regarding Life, Health, Medicare-related, Supplemental Health, and related insurance products. Conduct client needs assessments and consultations. Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on client goals and needs. Assist clients with applications, enrollment, underwriting requirements, and policy service. Develop and maintain relationships within your local community. Participate in networking events, educational workshops, and community outreach activities. Follow up with company-provided leads and referral opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation. Stay current on product offerings, carrier updates, and compliance requirements. Meet or exceed activity, sales, and client service goals. Represent MRW Solutions Group with professionalism and integrity. Required Qualifications Licensing Active Life & Health Insurance License in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, South Carolina, Texas, or Arizona (depending on the state of application). License must be active and in good standing. Experience Previous sales experience preferred. Insurance sales experience is strongly preferred. Two years of sales experience is preferred; however, highly motivated individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply. Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
