Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping individuals and families secure their financial futures! Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and benefits to secure favorable agreements for clients and the company Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on leads Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through personalized communication Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details, and resolving issues promptly Comply with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards for sensitive information handling Skills New experience /Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for evaluating client data and market trends Ability to conduct telemarketing campaigns ethically and effectively to generate leads Knowledge of marketing principles to promote insurance products creatively and strategically Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and trust This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are eager to help clients navigate their insurance options confidently. $6,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
