Job Description
We are actively seeking an already licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our Allstate Agency. In order to apply for this role, you must have an active Texas P &C license.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Process customer policy change requests. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Generating insurance quotes.
Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be goal-oriented and sales driven. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. 1 Year Prior Sales or Customer Service Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player
