Role Description This full-time remote Licensed Insurance Agent role focuses on helping working families understand and select appropriate life and supplemental insurance coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, explaining policy options, and recommending insurance solutions based on client needs and budgets. The agent will follow up with leads, manage an active pipeline, and complete applications and policy documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing service, policy reviews, and timely response to inquiries and claims-related questions. The agent will also collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals, participate in training, and stay current on product updates and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically. Experience or knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support needs-based recommendations and financial suitability. Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication in virtual settings. Active state insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe). Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and proficiency with digital meeting platforms and CRM tools. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets. High level of integrity, compliance awareness, and commitment to serving diverse working families. Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not required.
