Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to grow and manage our property and casualty (P&C) portfolio in Burlington, Iowa. You will protect local families and businesses by selling custom auto, home, and commercial insurance solutions. This role requires proven insurance sales experience and a passion for building lasting community relationships.What You Will Do:
Drive Sales:
Prospect, network, and generate new P&C insurance policies.Consult Clients:
Review coverage needs for home, auto, and local business owners.Build Pipeline:
Secure local community referral partnerships and join area business associations to generate leads.Close Deals:
Conduct proposals, issue accurate quotes, and overcome objections.Deliver Service:
Provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new policyholders.What We Are Looking For:
Credentials:
Active Iowa Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of successful insurance sales experience.Drive:
Self-motivated mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales goals.Skills:
Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.Local Focus:
