Our goal is to hire 3-4 sales representatives in the next four to 6 weeks. Salary starts at $48,000 per year (base salary) + monthly commission ($2,500 avg). This job is a W2 position and requires 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm Here is what is in it for you: 401k w/ a 4% Match Health Insurance Stipend ($250) Daily and Weekly Bonus ($ in hand!!) Highly Competitive Salary → $45,000 Yearly Bonuses - $2,500 to $5,000.00 Commission Structure → Average Commission = $2,500/mo. Time Off = 10 Vacation and 5 Sick (Can earn more time) Remote options available with license and experience. Here is what we need from you: We need a motivated and experienced sales producer with motivation to get better every single day and be a part of a winning team. You will be rewarded! To focus 100% on Sales. We will not ask you to do customer service. You will focus on what you do best! Dial out on the warm leads that are provided daily AND take live transfers from the telemarketing team Build, Maintain, and work a pipeline of sales every single day. Educate clients on the adequate coverage for them and their family. Take part in daily huddles with your peers to share winning tactics and learn from each other. This would be a great fit if you are: A self-starter who motivates themselves and others. Organized and able to multi-task throughout an 8-hour day. Strong in your written, verbal, and typing skills (average 50 wpm minimum) Demonstrate integrity, ethics, and morality in your words and actions on a day-to-day basis. Licensed in Personal Lines (or P/C) and/or willing to get the license before you start (we will help!) 1 year of experience is preferred but not required. Work from home About your team and manager: The Owner has been in the industry for 21 years and has won multiple awards. The team has a winning and light-hearted culture where balance in all things. Active in the community with time, money, and energy (Ex. sent 8 kids to college in 2024) Agent started and worked as a licensed sales producer (this role) for 8 years before opening own agency.
