Base hourly: $30,000/year — no draw-back gimmicks

YOUR ROLE

Work inbound and warm leads to quote and bind auto and home insurance policies Follow up and move prospects through the sales pipeline Provide outstanding service so clients renew and refer Cross-sell and round out accounts (home + auto = more income for you) Hit monthly production goals and track your own numbers Stay current on carrier products, rates, and guidelines ──────────────────────────────────────────

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Active New Mexico Property & Casualty License Proven track record in sales — insurance, retail, real estate, finance, anything competitive Hungry, self-motivated, and coachable — ego is fine, entitlement is not Strong communicator — phone, email, and face-to-face Reliable, professional, and accountable CRM experience is a plus Don't have your NM P&C license yet but have strong sales experience? We will consider motivated candidates who are committed to getting licensed quickly. ──────────────────────────────────────────
