Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to promote insurance products and services Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and administration to ensure accurate record-keeping Network with others in complimentary fields to develop referral partnerships Provide exceptional customer service Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and enhance sales techniques Skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual circumstances Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Licenses You are required to either have a current insurance producer license for property and casualty or be willing to obtain one before starting. Obtaining a life and health license will also be required in the future, but can be obtained later. Training In-person training will be required at the Faribault office for at least 2-3 weeks. After the training period, there may be an opportunity to work remotely.
