Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Work from Home Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Proven success in a sales role, ideally within insurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine desire to help clients secure their future. Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized. Comfort with technology and standard office software. Responsibilities Connect with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and concerns. Develop and present customized insurance solutions that provide optimal protection. Guide clients through the application and policy issuance process with clarity and support. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance matters. Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer additional valuable products. Collaborate with the agency team to share insights and improve service delivery.
