Salary Range:

$42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on

Must possess an active Texas Insurance License.

Experience:

Experience in insurance sales or a related industry is strongly preferred. Recent Allstate experience preferred.

Manage a mix of incoming inquiries and proactive calls to clients, offering solutions and guidance based on their needs.

Policy Customization:

Craft customized insurance plans that align with the specific requirements of each client, promoting tailored solutions.

Relationship Building:

Cross-Selling :

Identify and seize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options and complementary policies.

Industry Knowledge :
