Colonial Life offers independent agents the opportunity to grow their own business while making a meaningful impact in their community. As a Benefits Counselor, you'll work directly with employers and their teams to help employees understand and choose benefits that protect them and their families in the event of an accident, illness, or injury. Through one-on-one consultations, you'll help identify coverage gaps and provide solutions that reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
