We provide the means for local Medicare Insurance Sales Agents to serve as trusted advisors within their community. We are looking for highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic individuals with a drive to succeed. An Active HEALTH insurance license is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Representative will sell individual health plan products and services in a field setting.
  • Make sales presentations to eligible qualified Medicare persons - virtually, at their homes, doctors' offices, etc. using approved governmental guidelines.
  • Initiate sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies.
  • Make virtual and on-site presentations to prospective seniors or senior groups to increase enrollment.
  • Qualify prospects onsite and close sale, if possible. Otherwise, refer to inside sales for follow-up.
  • Influence department's strategy.
  • The Sales Representative sells individual health plan products and services in a field setting tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Under minimum supervision, initiates sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualification:
Hold an active Health & Life Insurance License Medicare sales: 2+ years experience preferred
  • Ability to establish relationships with community partners
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Ability to successfully navigate mobile applications
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
