100% Commission-Based - Uncapped Earnings We are looking for highly motivated licensed insurance sales professionals who want the opportunity to build a large income in insurance sales. This is a commission-only sales role designed for driven individuals who are competitive, confident, and comfortable with outbound prospecting and closing business. This position is NOT for someone looking for a low-pressure or low-activity environment. The producers who succeed here are self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to grow financially.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound insurance leads Make high-volume outbound calls daily Quote and close personal lines insurance policies Follow up consistently with prospects Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management Build long-term client relationships
