Experience is great but we are willing to train self-motived applicants. Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate life insurance products hat align with their financial goals. Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and understanding. Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining detailed client records, processing applications, and following up on policy inquiries. Utilize marketing techniques to attract new clients, including bilingual outreach efforts where applicable. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly and addressing client questions promptly. Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and compliance requirements, including HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on building strong client relationships. Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse customer bases. Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate client data and market trends.
