Duties Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial needs Educate clients on life insurance and retirement solutions Build real relationships based on trust, not pressure Get licensed in life insurance in 5-10 days usually (I'll guide you through this) Grow into leadership if you want to build and run your own team Who This Is For You might be a great fit if you are: Coachable and open to learning Motivated to earn based on your effort Comfortable talking to people/ learning communication skills Interested in leadership or entrepreneurship At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check Sales experience is a plus — but not required. Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-based role.
