EmberPoint is focused on helping families secure their financial future while providing agents with the tools, training, and support needed to build a long-term career. What You'll Do Utilize inbound and auto-dialer based systems to speak with prospects Meet with clients virtually and over the phone Help families evaluate their life insurance needs Present customized coverage options Assist clients through the application process Build and maintain your own book of business Participate in ongoing training and development Work independently while receiving mentorship and support What We Offer Multiple recommended lead sources, including organic inbound calls and unlimited leads per month Access to multiple top-rated insurance carriers Industry-leading commission structure Fast contracting and onboarding Remote work flexibility Proprietary sales training and mentorship Leadership and agency-building opportunities Performance-based incentives and bonuses Weekly training and coaching sessions Opportunity to build passive override income through agency growth Who We're Looking For Motivated and self-disciplined individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable professionals who want to grow Sales experience preferred but not required Active Life license preferred (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates) Compensation Commission-based position, 80% of annual premium starting rate First-year agents commonly earn $15,000•30,000+ per month Experienced producers can earn $30,000•60,000+ per month All agents have uncapped earning potential
