Duties Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community outreach. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse communities. Ability to analyze financial data and assess client needs accurately for tailored insurance solutions. Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client information efficiently. Knowledge of marketing principles to promote insurance products creatively and effectively. Customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally, adhering to benefits administration standards.
