Life Insurance Agent- Inbound Calls Only

ABOUT THE ROLE

Epic Life is hiring licensed (or license-ready) life insurance agents for an in-office position with remote options 3-6 months in. You'll handle calls exclusively from existing clients who need help reviewing their current policies. There is no cold calling, no door knocking, and no outbound dialing. This is a high-volume inbound system inside a structured, team-based environment built for people who want to produce, grow, and earn without a ceiling. No license yet? No problem. We'll help guide you through the life insurance licensing process.

• Handle inbound calls and guide existing clients through policy and coverage reviews
• Follow a proven, structured sales process
• Work daily inside a CRM built specifically for our operation
• Cross-sell relevant products across our multi-carrier portfolio
• Improve continuously through call reviews, hands-on coaching, and corporate training

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active life insurance license
• or a strong willingness to obtain one (we'll help)
• Competitive mindset and a strong work ethic
• Confident, consultative communication skills
• Coachable
• able to receive feedback and implement it quickly
• Consistent and disciplined in a structured environment
• Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor

• COMPENSATION

  This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is 100% commission-based with no cap. $80,000+ reflects a realistic starting point for a motivated first-year agent. Top performers consistently earn well beyond that. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort and consistency.
