Job Description

We are a Leadership Development company and an Insurance Brokerage firm. We are non-captive, vested day one, proven system, subsidized leads, and hands-on training. We are seeking professional salespeople in search of more than just a job. Sales and Leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people. Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License. This is a commission-only sales position. Average first-year agent makes between 75K and 95K. We use a proprietary sales system to work warm leads in a turn-key model. This offers unlimited growth and income!
