In this role, you will connect with individuals and families to discuss their financial priorities and introduce solutions focused on life insurance, wealth development, and retirement planning . You will help clients understand their options and guide them toward solutions that align with their needs and long-term goals. Whether you already have experience or are exploring the industry for the first time, we provide the training, mentorship, and licensing support needed to get started and continue developing professionally. What You'll Do Build relationships with individuals and families in your community and network. Connect with prospective clients through referrals, networking, and outreach. Schedule and conduct client conversations. Learn about clients' financial goals, concerns, and protection needs. Explain life insurance, wealth-building, and retirement solutions. Help clients review available options and make informed decisions. Assist with applications and required documentation. Follow up with clients throughout the application and coverage process. Maintain organized and accurate client information. Provide professional service and continued support to existing clients. Participate in team training, meetings, and development opportunities.
