A Life or Health Insurance Sales Agent sells life insurance or health insurance to customers, working on behalf of an insurance company or independent insurance agent or broker. Evaluates the insurance coverage needed by a customer and proposes insurance packages and prices. Life insurance agents may sell policies or annuities, and assist clients or beneficiaries with getting insurance claims processed. Health insurance agents may negotiate rates for employers, explain plans and benefits to employees, and help clients to file or resolve health insurance claims. Life and health insurance sales agents may earn commissions for sales.

Job Description
Life Sciences Industry Knowledge:
Working fluency is required across the following: Regulatory pathways: IND and IDE submissions; 510(k), De Novo, and PMA device pathways; NDA/BLA filings; and FDA expedited programs and their effect on hiring urgency Standards and compliance: GLP, GCP, and cGMP requirements;ISO 13485
for medical devices; and quality systems fundamentals including deviation management and CAPA Clinical development: clinical trial phase structure and how staffing needs shift across Phase I, II, and III, including NDA/BLA-driven hiring ramp-up Outsourcing and supply chain: the roles of CROs, CMOs, and CDMOs; how sponsors structure internal vs. outsourced clinical and manufacturing teams; technology transfer; and cold chain distribution The Types of Roles You'll Be Selling toWin:
