No experience necessary - we train Position Overview We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn how to educate and help families become more financially confident. As a Financial Planner & Family Financial Educator, you will learn how to help individuals and families understand how money works, protect their income, plan for retirement, manage financial goals, and build a stronger financial future. No prior financial experience is necessary. We provide training and support. What You Will Do Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals. Educate families on basic financial concepts, saving, retirement, debt, and financial protection. Learn how to explain life insurance and other financial strategies. Help clients identify financial priorities and develop appropriate strategies. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Participate in company training, mentoring, and educational programs. Develop your professional network through referrals and community outreach. Follow all company policies and applicable insurance regulations. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old No previous experience required No high school diploma required Must be willing to complete company-sponsored training. Must be willing and able to obtain a state Life Insurance license. Must meet applicable licensing and background requirements. Professional, dependable, and motivated.
