We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and fully bilingual insurance professional to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with 3-5 years of insurance sales experience who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, relationship builder, and team player who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This position requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday during training and probation. Following successful completion of the probationary period and a satisfactory performance evaluation, the position may transition to a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities Quote, sell, and service Personal Lines insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies Cross-sell and identify opportunities to expand client coverage Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and agency-generated opportunities Review policies and provide coverage recommendations Build and maintain strong client relationships Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experience
