Salary Range:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements. Present and sell insurance policies that meet the identified needs of clients. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders through proactive communication and exceptional service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Stay informed about new products, trends, and industry changes to provide the most effective solutions. Collaborate with the agency owner and team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
