We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system Serve Spanish

Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
