Licensed Insurance Producer

Responsibilities Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Conduct insurance needs analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options Engage in retail sales activities, including telemarketing and direct outreach Negotiate policy terms and pricing with prospective clients to close sales effectively Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist with benefits administration and marketing efforts to promote insurance solutions Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market trends Experience in customer service roles related to insurance sales or benefits administration is preferred This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in insurance sales while making a meaningful impact on clients' financial security.

$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
