As an independent agency, we have access to more than 50 top-rated insurance carriers , allowing us to compare multiple companies and help our customers find coverage that fits their individual needs. We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. Responsibilities Assist new and existing customers with their insurance needs Quote coverage through multiple insurance carriers Compare rates, coverage options, deductibles, and policy limits Write new personal and commercial insurance policies based on licensing Assist customers with renewals and policy changes Explain insurance products and coverage options Follow up with prospective and existing customers Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and services Assist eligible customers with Medicare products when appropriately licensed and certified Maintain accurate customer and policy information Provide professional customer service by phone and in person Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Follow agency procedures and applicable insurance regulations Qualifications Applicants should hold a current applicable Texas insurance license .
