Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance products that meet individual client requirements Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions Utilize marketing techniques and telemarketing strategies to generate leads and promote insurance services effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the claims process Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when applicable Qualifications Valid property and casualty insurance license with active certification required; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and build rapport with clients Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options Familiarity with sales administration tools, marketing techniques, and telemarketing practices Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of benefits administration, customer service principles, and industry regulations such as HIPAA is advantageous
Pay:
$57,442.09 - $80,000.00 per year
