The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic organization within the insurance industry, focused on delivering tailored commercial lines solutions and building lasting client relationships. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of property and casualty accounts, leveraging bilingual communication to serve both English and Spanish?speaking businesses in Texas.
Responsibilities:
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on coverage, policies, renewals, and service needs. Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other client requests. Assist with renewals by gathering exposure information and reviewing coverage requirements. Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve coverage issues, and facilitate policy changes. Review policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and propose additional coverage solutions. Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and partner with producers to deliver high?level client service.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in commercial lines insurance. Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, coverages, renewals, and servicing. Excellent communication and relationship?management abilities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience working within an independent insurance agency or brokerage environment. Familiarity with agency management systems and underwriting processes. Ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines in a fast?paced setting. Knowledge of risk assessment and loss control strategies. Professional certifications such as CPCU or AINS.
